Charlie Cremeans

Charlie Cremeans has the knowledge and experience of more than 40 years. Charlie is the founder of Crane Edge. Upon recognizing a need for private sector companies and operators to get the necessary help, training, and testing; he set out to design a training and testing program that would be more convenient and operator friendly. Charlie believes that if you take training to a personal connection level you can help others obtain their goals of certification.

Regina Cremeans

Regina is the Co-owner and responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Matthew Cremeans

Matt has been our General Manager since 2013. He began training on Mobile Cranes at age 17. Matthew gained his NCCCO certifications at age 19 and has operated a wide variety of cranes and configurations across multiple industries. This along with years of In-person instructional training with candidates taking their NCCCO written examinations has allowed Matthew to become a proficient Mobile Crane & Maritime Crane Inspector, hands-on instructor, and NCCCO Credentialed Practical Exam Proctor.

Joshua Cremeans

Josh is our Training and Safety Director. He is one of our earliest employees of Crane Edge who began his training in 2001. Since then, Joshua has become an OSHA Maritime Surveyor, NCCCO Mobile Crane Inspector, OSHA Outreach trainer, First-Aid/CPR/AED instructor, Dielectric technician, and NCCCOCredentialed Practical Exam Proctor. He is an experienced instructor in helping Candidates obtain their NCCCO written and practical examinations.

Erin is our Scheduling Coordinator for Crane Inspections, reports, and invoicing. Also serves as our Test Site Administrator, Test Site Coordinator, Credentialed Written Examination Proctor & Proctors Assistant. She will be your liaison between your instructors, and NCCCO.

Dustin Sexton

Dustin is a Credentialed Practical Exam Proctor, as well as a Certified Crane Inspector, Hands-on Trainer, Signal Person, and Rigging Level 1 Instructor.
